Luis Pasamontes will race in America for Movistar Team Continental. Luis will not race in the Vuelta al Táchira in Venezuela, which starts Fri. Jan 13, 2012. Luis will captain the team for the racing season . Luis started his cycling career in 2003 and signed with Cassie D’Eparnge in 2008. Luis finished strong last year in the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal were he helped Rui Costa take the stage victory. He is admired for his great scenes of humor and excitement on and off the bike through out everyone in the Cycling Federation.
